Who Are We?
Family counselors are licensed social workers with advanced training and extensive experience in relationship challenges and couple's therapy. We operate under strict confidentiality, both for individuals and authorities. No records or registries are kept, and you may choose to remain anonymous when seeking help.
What Can We Help You With?
You can turn to Family Counselling for support with issues such as:
- Communication and understanding
- Conflict resolution
- Intimacy and sexuality
- Forming a family/blended families
- Becoming a parent
- Reconnecting with your partner
- Separation/making the process as smooth as possible for the children
- Acute crises
How Often Do We Meet?
The frequency and number of sessions are decided together based on what suits you best. Our appointment hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
